How to pack bowl noodles into carton/case?
Case Packing Machine

1) Main functions:
The bowl noodle automatic case packing machine is a series of automatic case packing machines specially developed for bowl, bowl, cup and other instant noodles. The equipment can realize the functions of lane separation, front and back flipping, accumulation and sorting, conveying and case packing and sealing of bowl noodles and other products.
2)Main ingredients:
① Carton drop station; ② Carton accumulation station; ③ Packing station; ④ bowl noodles accumulation station; ⑤ bowl noodles turning station; ⑥ Automatic lane separation station; ⑦ Discharge station.
3) Packing machine process principle
(1) Box drop station:
The carton drop station uses guide rods and baffles to flip the cartons formed by the carton opener 90 degrees to achieve the state required for subsequent packing.

(2) Carton accumulation station:
The carton accumulation station accumulates and sorts the formed cartons supplied from the front section. In order to meet the customer's production capacity requirements, the initial design is to accumulate 5 cartons at the same time, then push them into the packing area and pack them at the same time.
(3) Packing station:
The packing station is divided into two parts: the grabbing robot and the auxiliary box-supporting mechanism; the grabbing robot mainly grabs the accumulated and sorted products with the help of the suction cup structure at the grabbing end and places them in the formed carton. The auxiliary box-supporting mechanism is mainly used to fold the four lids of the carton on the front, back, left and right sides when the robot places the product in the carton to prevent the lids from folding inwards and affecting the packing action.

(4) bowl noodles accumulation station:
The flipped products enter the accumulation station for sorting and caching. The initial design has two cache lanes, each of which caches 15 bowl noodless. Two sets of fiber optic detection are configured at the conveyor belt outlet to ensure that the edges of the two products at the outlet are in place and arranged neatly. Only when the edges of each product are in place and arranged neatly can a group of products be output. This design is to ensure the stability of the accumulation operation.

(5) bowl noodles turning station:
The sorted products are arranged in each storage bowl channel, and the gate components move alternately to realize the neat output of the products in rows. The output products are turned over alternately by the flipping mechanism. (Different flipping mechanisms are selected according to different products)
For products with aluminum foil in the sealing cover, the front and back sides are inspected at the flip outlet. If there is any abnormal flipping of the product, an alarm will be issued and the machine will be shut down.
(6) Automatic lane separation station:
The individual products are sorted by air blowing at the sorting mechanism, and one lane becomes two or more lanes. The system controls the detection sensor of the rear storage channel to control the product to enter the channel with the least real-time storage volume.
(7) Discharge station:
The packed whole box products are discharged to the subsequent production line. The discharge conveyor belt is all made of stainless steel self-rotating rollers as the conveying body. The purpose of this design is to reduce the bottom friction.

Top loading carton sealer
The top-loading carton Sealing Machine is used in the latter part of the cartoning production line. With the help of the machine's automatic guiding and folding auxiliary mechanisms, the cartons are sealed after packing. The carton sealing machine is equipped with a tape material detection function. When the tape is almost used up, the personnel are prompted to replace the tape.

Product technical features:
- The ink system and circuit system are easy to install and disassemble, making maintenance work more convenient and quick, and greatly improving work efficiency.
- Using the plug-and-play USB interface, print data can be easily backed up, and print data can be quickly copied and transferred between different machines.
- The ink tank, solvent tank and main ink tank adopt screw-cap sealing design, which makes it very convenient to replace or add ink and solvent.

Visual inspection
After the coding is completed, the coding recognition function needs to be tested. After the test is completed, OK and NG signals are output, and unqualified products are rejected at the rejection station.
The visual inspection module includes:
a) Trigger system: During automatic production, when the sample reaches the detection position, the sensor provides a trigger signal for image acquisition, and the visual system software analyzes it and outputs OK or NG signals.
b) Vision system (camera, lens, light source, etc.):It mainly includes camera, lens, light source and image processing software. After the light source illuminates the sample that arrives at the detection position, the imaging system composed of the camera and lens captures it. When the camera receives the trigger signal, the imaging system takes a picture of the sample and transmits the image to the image processing system for analysis.

Full carton weighing machine
The whole box weighing machine is used in the back section of the box packing production line to detect whether the finished box meets the gram weight. Qualified products are transported directly to the back section
Palletizing conveyor line, and unqualified products are discharged and handled manually.
