This is a barreled instant noodle packaging line, including heat shrinkable film packaging machine, cartoning machine and palletizer. It can be connected to the front-end fully automatic instant noodle processing production line or used alone.

Working process：Mixer → Compound → Continuous Pressing → Steaming → Frying → Cooling

① Using Flour Mixer to mix salt, water, flour and other formulas evenly.

② Dough dropped into the Compound Pressing Machine to produce dough sheet and make it more flat and solid.

③ Passing the dough sheet to Continuous Pressing Roller to press from thick to thin.

④ The final roller with slicer to cut the dough sheet to become noodle strips and make waving.

⑤ Waving noodles are steamed to finalize the noodle shape.

⑥ Then, cutting and folding the noodle to become noodle cake and delivering to Fryer Machine.

⑦ After frying, delivering the noodle cakes to Cooling Machine and can be packed.

⑧ Roller: Each roller has independent motor, and using inverter to control speed.

⑨ Steamer: Using exhaust hoods to reduce steam leakage.

⑩ Fryer Machine: Oil removing windmill to reduce oil content of noodle cakes.

⑪ Cooling Machine: Using hot fan to cool down the temperature of noodle cakes which after frying.

⑫ All product contact surface area is stainless steel or food grade material.

WDC-240C type bag noodle cartoning machine is a special wrap-type cartoning machine specially developed for industries such as instant noodles. It is mainly used in the back section of the instant noodle automatic production line to accept single-bag finished products packaged by pillow-type packaging machines, realizing single-package packaging. Automatic collection of packaged instant noodles, automatic sorting according to specified quantities, automatic arrangement of accumulation into one box, automatic boxing and forming, automatic boxing, automatic sealing and other automated action processes.

The automatic cartoning machine mainly consists of three parts:

1. Automatic accumulator: according to the specified box specifications, it can realize the functions of automatic collection, arrangement and combination of single packages. Different quantities can be configured according to different production capacities; (this project is configured with 2 accumulators)
2. Material grid conveyor belt: The accumulator will sort out a box of products and push them onto the material grid conveyor belt, which will then be transported to the host machine for packing operations.
3. Cartoning machine host: realizes functions such as automatic unloading of sheet cardboard, carton preforming, product pushing, and automatic carton sealing.
